Message	tighten up your fuel hose clamps in the engine bay as they can leak, resulting in a loss of pressure when parked and difficult starting issues. Also, the "loud cranking noise" is likely a few chipped teeth on your flywheel that are causing your starter teeth to lose grip and grind on the flywheel.
